dc.description.abstract The paper presents the method for optimization of job shop scheduling problem, the mathematical model developed in the recent article has been used for optimization of makspan. TLBO (teaching–learning based optimization) is advanced method of optimization which is used for optimization with some modification. Here discrete generation has been created for the solution of job shop scheduling problem. The results are compared with benchmark problems and GT algorithm is also used for comparisons. en_US
