dc.description.abstract Ayurveda from the ages of Sages and saint from ancient “Satya”, “Dwapara” still in modern days upholds strongly the legacy of strong beneficial attributes to address various environmental problems and human health perspectives too. Impact of traditional ancient safe technologies are now returning back including the Nobel metal usage(Gold) and other types like Copper ( possesing antimicrobial activity). Also various powdered or raw herb treatment for “shodan” (purification) of water in Vedas and Ayurveda encrypted and followed by us too. ‘Kalusha’ or impurity of water resulted from various reasons and followed by its improper consumption leads to “Dosha” or aggravation. Standard r purification of consumable water by storage on Copper vessel reported to have enriched water with negative ions, and restores the chemical and physical balance which might have transferred due to the wrong effects of pollutants, hormones and other contaminators ( Nagar& Rao,2021). Among myriad water disinfection technologies under Ayurveda or Vedas beside copper vessel storage (Dhanalakshmi and Rajendran,2013) Agnihotra Yagna Ash expedited the research a far in this last ten fifteen years being initiated from ancient times (Berk et al., 2019 and Ram et al., 2020). Agnihotra is very simple ancient integration of Bioenergy, Medicine, Agriculture and Climate Engineering, revived by Shree Gajanan Maharaj from Akkalkot, Maharashtra last century. It is short space acquiring lucid Homa healing fire which is performed in a copper pyramid of fixed size and shape. The effect on the equinox of sunrise/sunset impacted a lot as per literature on the derivatives specially ash received from this. From the ancient most Vedic Sciences and then by his disciple Shree Vasant Paranjpe the legacy maintained. A compilation of recent research on Agnihotra and Homa Therapy is given in article of (Berk/Johnson 2009). So in the present context a Vedic approach and traditional storage approach how individually effect on microbial load of water , that is attempted to explored in the present study. Goal: The present proposal is an attempt to demystify a comparative account as a change of treatment with Cu vessel storage and Agnihotra ash treatment of water microbial load. The MPN count technique as per standard protocol on a periodic sequence of storage pattern will be studied (Aneja,2007). Outcome : The water microflora will be studied as an comparative account to check the most potent usage of treatment strategy .More societal awareness on Vedic Science and its profound application on contemporary environmental pollution troubleshoot management and in future liaison with suitable MSME or entrepreneurs can lead to an expanded venture of integrated remedial approach of water pollution strategies. en_US
