Abstract:
Times The research work on the subject named 'Growth Analysis of Companies Before and After Merger and Acquisition from Various Sectors' has been conducted to evaluate the growth prospects of the companies went for the merger and acquisition as a corporate expansion strategy to fulfil the high expectations of corporate executives. The research work has been done with the consideration of various literature reviews done by time to time, analysis of financial data of the selected companies who has undergone merger and acquisition, financial ratios and statistical tools along with the study of research methodology. The result of merger and acquisition deal varies with companies operating in different geography and having different culture. However majority of merger and acquisition deals have not observed major changes on the base of the result of statistical test in order to meet expectations from merger and acquisition deal. Though, Merger and Acquisition is highly and widely accepted growth strategy by corporate executives globally.
