dc.description.abstract Where the other sectors within the economical industries are rapidly embraced the online facilities to gather the sustainable advantages, insurance policy providers are quite slow in this race to adopt the e-commerce. This paper examines the limitations and also the factors regarding the success in transferring the offline model of insurance into online.
